What is Renovar?

Renovar is a home decor subscription service sending themed curated accessories to your doorstep. 

How does it work? 

Subscribe via Renovar website (www.myrenovar.com) to receive a box full of themed home decor every quarter. Click here for additional details.

How much is the box worth in retail? 

The box contents are more than $100 in retail. 

How much does a box cost?

Quarterly box - $49.99, 4 Quaters Prepay - $ 179.95 (each box @$44.99), Best of Renovar - $44.99.

When is the box received?

Boxes will be received between 15th to 25th of every month depending on the location.

What is the refund/return policy?

We order a specific quantity of items for our boxes, which are nonreturnable. So, we cannot offer refunds once orders have been placed, or auto renewals have been processed. Please note cancellations are for future boxes only, and not for the boxes already paid for.

How do renewals work? 

When you subscribe, you will be charged immediately for the subscription model you have chosen. Once your subscription cycle is over, you will be re-billed for the same cycle on the 15th of the month unless you switch to a different plan or cancel your subscription. 

What payments do you accept? 

Renovar accepts all major debit and credit cards. 

Which country do you ship? 

USA & Canada. 

How do I cancel my subscription? 

Log onto your account and go to “Subscription” details. There is an option to cancel your subscription. If you have any issues, email renovar.hello@gmail.com.  

What if one of my products arrives damaged? 

We are a small business and thoroughly check each product prior to shipment. If your product arrives damaged we suggest speaking with your local post office. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for products once they leave our facility.
